Arsenal frappe un grand coup sur le marché des transferts en recrutant Martin Zubimendi pour près de 70 millions d'euros en provenance de la Real Sociedad. À 26 ans, le milieu défensif espagnol arrive à Londres avec une réputation solide : celle d'un joueur intelligent, discipliné et techniquement irréprochable, souvent comparé à Rodri pour sa capacité à dicter le tempo du jeu.
